Virtual testing is one of the modern tools for verifying designs. This can be validated by computer simulations to prepare or replace physical tests. Our company is officially authorized to work in the field of structural analysis (FEA), rigid body dynamic (MBS) and hydrodynamics (CFD).
Fluid Dynamic Simulations (CFD):
- Simulation of incompressible fluids in steady state and transient state
- Single and multiphase flows
- Thermal transport in liquids and solids (CHT)
- Natural flows and radiation
- Programming in OpenFOAM

Mechanical and thermal simulations
- Structural simulations (rod, shell, body elements; parts and assemblies)
- Linear and non-linear problems (material non-linearity, contact problems, handling of large deformations)
- Dynamic simulations (harmonic analysis, response spectrum analysis, random excitation simulation, modal-based and direct transient studies, handling of non-linear cases: implicit, explicit)
- Fatigue tests (for welded structures according to FKM and IIW recommendations)
- Constant and transient, linear and non-linear heat transfer and coupled thermo-mechanical simulations
